Reserve your Thanksgiving turkey with a $50 deposit today. Turkeys are $6/lb and typically range from 14 to 22 lbs. The final balance will be invoiced to you after processing and must be paid before or at the pickup taking place at the Rhubarb Botanicals farm store in Mt. Vernon, Iowa. Please feel free to let us know if you have a size preference!

What if I need my turkey before the week of November 18?
Please let us know and we will coordinate with you so you recieve your turkey by your desired date.
What makes your turkeys different?
Our turkeys are raised outside, on pasture where they have access to a diverse diet and freedom to live without stress. Our turkeys are processed at a small USDA inspected poultry processor that adheres to the highest standard of animal welfare.
Are the turkeys frozen?
Yes, the turkeys are frozen at the time of processing. Since our turkeys are frozen at the time of processing, they are in fact fresher than those claiming to be fresh in the grocery store. Freezing the birds is in compliance with food safety standards we feel are necessary for transportation and distribution. Freezing the turkey does NOT impact quality or taste.
Are giblets included?
We do not include giblets inside the bird. Please let us know if you would like any.
