Each whole lamb typically yields 40 to 50 pounds of packaged meat, depending on your cut preferences. We charge $9 per pound hanging weight, with most lambs averaging 60 to 70 pounds hanging weight. This puts the estimated total at about $585, plus the cost of butchering (usually around $150).
Your lamb will be processed by Winthrop Locker, a trusted, family-owned butcher. We offer local delivery or nationwide shipping, with lamb available at the end of August 2025.
