Our Beef Grab Bag includes 10 pounds of our beef pulled from overstock due to cosmetic packaging issues or smaller-than-standard cuts. Same incredible beef, just not pretty enough for our regular listings.
What’s inside (varies slightly by bag):
- Ground beef (packaged in ~0.75 lb packs)
- Smaller brisket pieces
- Short ribs
- A mix of additional beef cuts as available
Every bag is different, but every one adds up to 10 full pounds.
