Lonesome Stone Milling was instrumental in laying the foundation for the work Meadowlark Farm & Mill is doing to do rebuilding our regional grain economy. This pancake mix was one of their first products showcasing regionally grown and milled grains, featuring soft winter wheat and rye.
Instructions:
For 6-8 pancakes preheat lightly oiled griddle. Combine 1 cup of mix with 1 to 1 1/2 cup milk and 1 egg. Pour batter, cook until bubbles on pancakes no longer burst. Flip, cook until golden.
